Q. What are the gazebos made of?
A. The gazebo walls are made of Durawood. The windows and door frames are aluminum with glass windows, the roof frame is pressure treated lumber and the roof panels are Lexan and Duraflex PC.

Q. What is Durawood?
A. Durawood is a synthetic material that looks like wood but is lighter, stronger and lasts longer than real wood. It is suitable for all climates and does not require any stain or paint over its lifespan.

Q. Do the gazebos require any maintenance?
A. No, the Durawood material provides for a maintenance free experience. No painting or re-staining is required.

Q. What type of foundation do the gazebos need?
A. The gazebos are highly adaptable and can be mounted on almost any firm, flat surface including concrete, wood and synthetic decking, tile stones, pavers and more. They can even be set up on a grass surface.

Q. How big does my foundation need to be?
A. The recommended foundation would extend approximately 6 inches from the outside walls of the gazebo. Gazebo dimensions can be found on each product page.

Q. Can the gazebos be anchored to the foundation?
A. Yes. Anchor brackets can be used to mount the gazebos to the foundation. Anchor brackets are included with most models and the fasteners are determined by your foundation type. A wide variety of aftermarket brackets can also be used if desired.

Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We ship to anywhere withing the continental United States and Canada. If you are looking to ship to a region outside of these locations, please contact us for shipping options and more information.

Q. How long does it take to get my order?
A. In-Stock items will generally ship within a day or two of the order being placed. Transit times vary by location and will generally range from two to seven days.

Q. Why do you use Aluminum doors and window?
A. The Aluminum door and window frames provide a rust-free option and are very strong, compared to wood. The aluminum will not warp over time and are much smoother to open and close than their wood counterparts.

Q. Are the thermo-plastic roofs panels strong? Why not use metal roof panels?
A. The thermo-plastic roof panels are very strong. The thermo-plastic roof panels do not heat up or cool down as much as the metal roof panels will. The thermos-plastic panels do not radiate as much heat as the metal panels in the Summer and condensation inside the gazebo is much less of a factor in the cold Winter weather.

Q. Do you have parts support available?
A. Yes, most parts are available to ship right away from our North American distribution facilities.

Q. Can I have a television or other appliances inside the gazebo and add electrical outlets?
A. Yes, Televisions and other electrical appliances can be easily installed Electrical outlets can be mounted almost anywhere on the gazebo.

Q. Can the gazebos be insulated?
A. Yes. Different types of insulation can be added to the wall and roof panels. The desired R-Value would determine the best type of insulation to use.

Q. Can heating and air conditioning be added to the gazebos?
A. Yes, various types of heating and air conditioning units can be used inside the gazebos.
